Is maintenance included in the hourly plans?

Yes. With 10–49 hours a month we maintain up to 10 of your clients’ sites, and from 50 hours there is no limit. The time spent on maintenance counts toward your hours.

What time do you provide technical support?

We work in the European time zone, and our hours overlap with the UK and US East Coast workday. If your client needs round-the-clock coverage, we can add a 24/7 SLA.

A client’s site is infected. Can you clean it?

Yes. We remove the infection, find how it got in and close the gap. On hourly plans it is covered by your hours, and on the maintenance plan it is an additional service.

Can I commission development within the hours?

Yes. Hourly plans include unlimited tasks: new site development, work on existing sites and optimization.

Do you work in the white label model?

Yes. Reports carry your logo, we work in your communication and project tools, and we sign an NDA if you need one.

Can you contact the client on our behalf?

Only if you ask us to. By default we talk to you, and you stay the face of the project for your client.

Yes. We review the site, its plugins and hosting, fix what’s needed to update it safely and add it to maintenance.
