The primary challenge in this project was web development for an IT company that targets an extremely demanding audience. Enterprise-level clients, IT department directors and data platform owners, make decisions based on hard evidence, security, and stability. The site had to instantly validate the company, presenting its values in a modern yet professional visual setting aligned with the new brandbook. The key was finding a balance: showcasing innovation while maintaining the gravity of an institution to which global corporations entrust their most valuable assets: data.

    We optimized the recruitment process through automatic job offer synchronization. Vacancies added in the Traffit system are immediately visible on the site, and the filtering system allows candidates to instantly find offers tailored to their location.
