Psychoklinika is a well-established brand of psychological and psychiatric clinics. Specialists cooperating with Psychoklinika offer support in several offices in Warsaw and the surrounding area, as well as online. The clinic already had a well-positioned website, but it was outdated and required a refresh. Our task was to create a new design and implement features that make it easier for users to navigate the site and book appointments.

Psychoklinika is a team of experienced psychologists, psychotherapists, and psychiatrists providing support to adults, teenagers, and children. The clinic’s website is not just a digital business card – it is a practical tool that helps patients find a specialist online and book consultations with ease.

When creating the new version of the site, we focused on specific objectives:

  • A modern and visually appealing design consistent with the brand’s visual identity
  • An intuitive user experience, especially in terms of the online specialist finder and appointment booking
  • A design accessible to users with disabilities

Additionally, we had to ensure that the new site launch would not negatively affect SEO rankings. Psychoklinika had been implementing a consistent SEO strategy for years, so our minimum goal was to maintain the achieved positions, and our optimal goal was to improve them.

    What was key during the work?

    • Redesign without losing SEO value

      Although the website was completely refreshed visually, we preserved essential SEO structure elements such as URLs, heading hierarchy, and key content. Redirects were implemented where necessary, and we used SEO monitoring tools to track ranking fluctuations. As a result, the new website retained its search engine visibility and high positions.
    • Advanced ‘Find a Specialist Online’ tool with filters

      One of the key features of the new website is the online specialist finder, which significantly helps patients find the right therapist. Users can filter specialists by:
      - Area of help (e.g., anxiety, depression, relationships, addictions)
      - Clinic location
      - Target group (children, teenagers, adults)
      Additional filters can be applied if needed. This functionality shortens the time needed to find the right specialist and improves the overall user experience.
    • Online appointment booking

      The website includes a convenient online booking tool, allowing patients to schedule visits without making a phone call. With just a few clicks, users can select a consultation time and reserve a meeting with a specific specialist. The booking system is implemented via external widgets embedded in the site.
    • Clear navigation

      The site menu contains many sections, so we aimed to make it easy to navigate on any device. On desktop, the clinic’s offer is presented in a mega menu with internal scrolling. On mobile, the most important information is placed in two rows at the top of the screen.
    • Accessible and user-friendly design

      The design uses calm colors and clear typography, with the option to enable high-contrast mode and adjust font size. The design is fully optimized for desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

    What was the work on the project like?

    We began with a comprehensive audit of the existing Psychoklinika website, analyzing its structure, content, and the keywords responsible for search engine rankings. This helped us identify elements that required structural changes as well as those worth preserving for SEO effectiveness.

    Based on this analysis, we prepared a new website concept combining a user-friendly look with SEO-preserving elements. We placed a strong focus on functionality, making the site useful both for new and returning patients.

     

    The design was tailored to the specifics of the medical sector, with an emphasis on readability, visual clarity, and layouts that support user decision-making. The design was created with full responsiveness in mind, ensuring functionality across all devices.

     

    The website was built on the WordPress CMS with a custom content management panel. Pages are built with blocks, allowing administrators to easily manage content themselves. Special attention was paid to the find a specialist online feature, ensuring it works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile.

     

    We dedicated significant time to adding and optimizing content, giving the previous website’s material a new life. The site was also optimized for loading speed. The new version of Psychoklinika’s website was launched on schedule without disrupting the clinic’s online operations.
