When planning the project structure, we focused on simplifying the contact with MB Development as much as possible and highlighting the most important information for buyers looking for apartments in a specific price segment.
Customer paths were carefully planned on the UX/UI mockup. We selected appropriate images and commissioned the preparation of content. Each section responds to the most common needs of users.
The location of the property is a key aspect of the website, which is why we dedicated two additional sections to it: a map with a filter system, on which we marked interesting points in the neighbourhood, and an additional list of amenities. Both sections were also coded on the Cechowa Park website.
Both websites have an apartment search engine, but they are made in a different way. One of them is created with an advanced external builder, allowing, for example, to display the view from the window. The second investment uses a simpler system of access to apartment data.
The websites allow for quick contact with the MB Development team via forms or interactive phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
The property website allows you to highlight all the advantages of the property and provide full information to the potential buyers. Such a website builds trust in the real estate company. That increase the number of customers interested in apartments you want to sell.
