More effective real estate sales thanks to a website

In cooperation with MB Development, we created modern websites for two properties: Sebastiana 18 and Cechowa Park. These projects, based on a similar structure, were developed to facilitate contact with the sales department and increase interest of potential buyers.

The most important facts and figures

  • Both websites are built on the same theme and modified in accordance with the specific requirements of each property. The differences include both cosmetic changes (colors, button shape) and comprehensive changes to functionalities (advanced map of amenities vs. interactive plan).
  • The theme can be used to create subsequent property websites.
  • The websites are available in two language versions.
  • The interactive property plan allows the user to select the building they are interested in and obtain detailed information. Available and unavailable apartments are marked with different colors. In the case of Cechowa Park, only one level of interaction was used, but the plan can be much more advanced.
  • The map of amenities allows users to mark important points in the vicinity of the property. Users can filter by category (e.g. sports and recreation, gastronomy) and display additional information about amenities.
  • The Sebastiana 18 website has a more advanced property plan, created using an external property builder.
  • Both websites have a sticky button in the desktop. Button follows the user, facilitating contact at any time while browsing the website. In the mobile version, the contact is displayed in the top menu.
  • The pages have been coded as one-pagers (extended landing pages divided into sections) thanks to which the user has all the information at hand. The exception are apartments that require a more detailed description so they have their own subpages.

    What was the challenge we faced?

    MB Development is a real estate company building properties in both prestigious locations in Krakow and interesting areas outside the city center. The MB Development team approached us with a request to create a website for the Sebastiana 18 property. After achieving positive results, the cooperation was continued with the implementation of the Cechowa Park website.

     

    Websites for real estate companies are one of our fields of expertese. From the very beginning, we knew what aspects of the website to highlight and what language to use to create an attractive and, above all, effective website.

     

    We started work by getting to know and understanding the target group and the nature of the property, which allowed us to better adapt our approach to the project.

     

    Both websites were prepared based on the same theme, which enabled faster implementation of the project.

    What was the work on the project like?

    When planning the project structure, we focused on simplifying the contact with MB Development as much as possible and highlighting the most important information for buyers looking for apartments in a specific price segment.

    Customer paths were carefully planned on the UX/UI mockup. We selected appropriate images and commissioned the preparation of content. Each section responds to the most common needs of users.

     

    The location of the property is a key aspect of the website, which is why we dedicated two additional sections to it: a map with a filter system, on which we marked interesting points in the neighbourhood, and an additional list of amenities. Both sections were also coded on the Cechowa Park website.

     

    Both websites have an apartment search engine, but they are made in a different way. One of them is created with an advanced external builder, allowing, for example, to display the view from the window. The second investment uses a simpler system of access to apartment data.

     

    The websites allow for quick contact with the MB Development team via forms or interactive phone numbers and e-mail addresses.

     

    The property website allows you to highlight all the advantages of the property and provide full information to the potential buyers. Such a website builds trust in the real estate company. That increase the number of customers interested in apartments you want to sell.
