Marketer + is one of the most popular Polish marketing magazines and websites in Poland. It is a real treasury of knowledge for people who are interested in marketing, however, the graphic design, functionality and administration of the website required the necessary changes. We faced the challenge of completely reorganizing the website.

When we started working on the new Marketer + website, we knew that our designers had to work closely with developers. The graphical challenge was to create the website from scratch while respecting old articles. It would be impossible to style more than 2,500 articles, so we designed the new graphic theme in a way that would not overturn many years of work of the magazine’s editors. In terms of programming, the most important thing was to plan the architecture of the entire website. Marketer + has many elements that are related to each other. Blog, online store, subscriptions for premium users – we had to have a plan to connect all modules from the beginning.

What was important to us?

New graphic design
A completely new graphic design, created on the basis of a well-thought-out UX / UI concept. When designing the website, we had to remember that the articles published in the past should still look good!
Maintaining the domain knowledge
Marketer + is a website with a long history. When coding the website, we took care not only of maintaining the data but also improving the website in terms of optimization. We have migrated over 20,000 sections and articles, and over 3,500 user accounts!
System of users with various rights
In Marketer +, selected articles are available only to newsletter subscribers or premium subscribers. We have created a system that allows you to conveniently manage permissions.
Integration with Shoplo
We created a proprietary integration of WordPress with the Shoplo website. Users who purchased a subscription in the online store automatically received an account and access to premium content in the WordPress part.
