What tasks did we carry out in cooperation with Agnieszka Niedobylska?

  • Online store and its development – we coded the online store based on the provided design. Initially, users could buy e-products, but the range was quickly expanded to include T-shirts, personalized vouchers and product packages.
  • Subscription platform – based on ready-made solutions, we created a subscription platform with video materials available to users with an active subscription. Currently, there are almost 200 trainings available there. Integrating the platform with the Stripe payment gateway, which originally didn’t support subscription payments, was a huge challenge.
  • Landing Pages templates – many elements of the site received a new form. We were responsible for coding new sections that administrators can add to Landing Pages themselves, exactly where they are needed.
  • Current project support – each service or website requires updates and bug fixes, which is why we spend at least a few hours on these tasks every quarter.
  • Functionality development – every month we implement new functions, improve the design or structure of the platform to improve user experience.

The fruitful collaboration between Brave New and Agnieszka Niedobylska has been going on since 2020.

Thanks to constant cooperation, we can count on faster support from the team, and the long-term nature means that Brave New knows our business and is able to better understand our needs.

We started working with Brave New in August 2020. After several projects completed together, we decided to have their team provide ongoing support. It was a great decision. We appreciate Brave New for their support and expertise. Our communication is efficient, thanks to the use of Slack, and we can delegate tasks in a way that is convenient for us.

Fitness trainer, Owner of the Burn It brand and Niedobylska.com

    What challenges did we face?

Agnieszka Niedobylska is an incredibly creative, but also busy person. She is a firefighter, certified fitness trainer and sports nutritionist. Her brand’s offer is mainly aimed at women who want to start training at the gym or at home. The Strong Sisters community and the trainer’s fans on social media number tens of thousands of people.

The beginning of our cooperation was based on the implementation of fixed-price projects: we coded an online store for the Burn-it brand (currently replaced by the trainer’s brand) based on the provided design, and then coded the Landing Page of training plans.

During these projects, we removed errors and made corrections to the platform, allowing users to log in to their accounts and watch training videos.

The platform formerly known as Burn-it is a complex project. Trainees were rewarded for their workouts and could track their progress on simple graphs. To make this possible, WordPress was integrated with the appropriate tools, and the system’s functions were modified. Knowing that the project included many non-standard solutions, we had to thoroughly understand how the site worked, how individual elements were coded, and the relationships between them. We often encountered issues that required deep analysis. Fortunately, as in every carefully planned project, all tests were conducted on the development site, which allowed for stress-free familiarization with the site’s code.

After coding the store, the team asked us to expand it with new features, create a course page template, and also create an entire new streaming service where access to videos is granted to members with an active subscription.

In addition to large implementations, for several dozen months we have been providing constant programming support and helping to develop the brand. We introduce not only important functionalities, but also work on minor elements of the site that require coding or reconstruction. For every brand, listening to users and responding to their needs is the key to success. This approach helps to develop business and attract new customers who are willing to pay for subscriptions. Therefore, the service requires constant improvement and constant care. For this reason, we conduct project communication on Slack – we are constantly up to date, and the client has the opportunity to consult with us on proposed solutions.

Cooperation with Agnieszka Niedobylska gives us great satisfaction. We are happy to support a team that helps people take care of their fitness and health. We keep our fingers crossed for the development of the project!

    What was important to us?

    • Permanent development team

A permanent team is involved in the project. Because they know the project very well, we are able to complete tasks faster. Developers can also swap, so if one of them is absent, the other can help.
    • Ongoing communication and task delegation

Communication between teams takes place in real time on Slack. We mainly use email to handle formalities. This method of communication works great - we are always there if the client has any questions and we can efficiently discuss needs.
    • Quality of implemented solutions

We always recommend the implementation of proven solutions to the client. We justify each recommendation so that the client can make the best decision from their point of view.
    • Possibility of planning work

Work ordered by Agnieszka Niedobylska is carried out on a set date. Each month we allocate a certain number of hours to correcting errors and adding new functions to the service.
