Krakow Network

Organization of events

The main goal was to create a website that would encourage entrepreneurs from Małopolska to join the initiative. It was also supposed to serve as a showcase for the project and facilitate the acquisition of new customers.

Main objectives of the project

Before we started working on the project, we familiarized ourselves with the events that have taken place in Krakow so far, so that the graphic design could present a wide profile of the activity. We focused on a thorough presentation of each thematic group and its current members so that anyone interested in participating in the Krakow Network could find interesting information related to its industry. It was also important to ensure that the design of the website is consistent with the current website of the ICE Congress Centre. The Congress Centre hosts each of the events that take place within the Krakow Network group.

It could not be created without an English version of the site for guests, participants and foreign partners participating in organized events.

Krakow Network is an initiative and a strong business group of the tourism industry, whose activities focus on organizing business events in the capital of Małopolska. The initiator of the undertaking is the Krakow Festival Office.

The aim of the group’s activities is not only to organize events, but also to create the image of Krakow as a strong brand of the meetings industry. Our task was to design a website that would present all the activities carried out within the project.

What was the work on the project like?

After determining the details – the content of the website and the way it works – we started to create a graphic design. Since Krakow Network is one of the projects carried out by ICE Krakow, we have retained the colour scheme of the site, in which red stands out. Then we proceeded with the project coding and content migration. The website has been supplemented with texts on the project, members of the group. We’ve also included archived records from previous events.

Thanks to efficient communication at every stage of the website’s creation – both with the client and among our team members – the website was quickly published on the Internet and became a virtual showcase of this interesting initiative.
